Kiddusha for Shabbos & Yom Tov

This 4 x 6 card is a double sided card that has Kiddusha for Shabbos Shachris on 1 side and Kiddusha for Shabbos Musaf on side 2. If your minhag is to daven sefard while you daven in an ashkenaz shul or the opposite, this card is for you. We are obligated to daven Kiddusha & Kaddish in the same nusach as the shul we are in, so this can be a useful card.
